About the Journal

Direct Science Journal (ISSN: 3086-1837) is a scientific journal with an annual frequency and occasional special editions. We propose to publish original articles, review articles, and case reports/case studies. The manuscripts are received through continuous submission, without the need for opening calls for editorial composition.

Our editorial profile is multidisciplinary. We receive and publish manuscripts from various fields of knowledge, articulating themes such as health, society, technology, and the environment that engage in dialog with our editorial scope. The editorial process includes double-blind peer review from submission, ensuring that the selection and evaluation process of the manuscripts is rigorous, ethical, and free of conflicts. In case of disagreement between the reviewers, the manuscript may be sent to a third reviewer at the discretion of the editor-in-chief. The review process considers three possible outcomes: accepted, accepted with corrections (reservations), or rejected. The average evaluation period is 90 days from submission.
